This is how I am going to list daily tasks in lab....We will see if this will bring any luck/efficiency to the way I work in lab.
First, modify phase algorithms so that there is no jump between the beginning & end of the motion: either use the phase data prior to diff., or take diff. of the first and last A-lines. (level of urgency: high)
Second, make sure there is no vertical leaks (or abrupt phase jumps due to the positioning of phase-reference mirror: place the mirror at about row 380-390).
Third, take 3D an 4D (256 Yslices, 600Hz, 2VPP) with PZT.
Fourth, repeat #3 with Michelson interferometry for comparison
Fifth is already a reach, but we will see where it will lead me (sounds familiar?!). Take a membrane for 3D dynamic imaging. If works, get ready for the next day's Chinchilla Middle ear imaging exp. This is Figure 4 in 2nd manuscript.
